Admissions Requirements
Domestic & International Students

The following documents are required for completion of the admission application process:

  • Copies of recent report card (K-8th)/academic transcript (9th-12th)
  • Copy of original birth certificate
  • TN Immunization records
  • Pastor Recommendation
  • School Recommendation
  • Conduct Record (showing no infractions if no discipline)

International Student Admissions

  • Completed online application and nonrefundable application fee
  • Copy of the student’s current passport
  • Copy of the student’s visa and current I-20, if applicable
  • Official school transcripts and academic records
  • Certified English translations of all documents not originally issued in English (Not Required but Strongly Suggested)
  • Documentation of Health Insurance
  • Duolingo Assessment Scores

* Additional Costs Disclaimer: Lakeway Christian Schools does not pay or reimburse expenses beyond those specifically included in tuition or awarded financial assistance. Students and their families are responsible for all additional costs, including airfare, travel, visa and immigration fees, health insurance, transportation, personal expenses, and any other fees associated with enrollment or attendance.

Family Requirements
As we partner with families in their child's education, we want to be supporters of family growth and ask that each family acknowledge and accept the requirements below.
  • Each family should have a clear understanding of the Biblical philosophy and functioning of Lakeway Christian Schools. At least one custodial parent must be a Christian and complete the Parent / Guardian Testimony as part of the online application.
  • Each family must read our Statement of Faith and accept that it constitutes the doctrinal beliefs of the school and agree to have their children taught in accordance with the Statement of Faith.
  • Each family is expected to be in regular church attendance at a Bible-believing church.
  • Parents must understand the school’s commitment to parental responsibility for their child’s education and discipline.  Lakeway Christian Schools exists to assist parents in the task of educating their children, not to take over responsibility for the education of their children.  Parents must be actively engaged in the education and discipline of their children.
  • Parents must be committed to fully cooperating with the policies of Lakeway Christian Schools.
