Welcome to the Lakeway Family!

Please note that completing an enrollment packet to attend Lakeway Christian Schools will prompt you to pay the $200 enrollment fee and therefore secures your student's spot and tuition obligation.

Per board policy, dismissal by the school, absence of the student, or withdrawal by the parent of the student, shall NOT diminish the obligation to pay the total and full amount of ALL tuition and fees due the school for the entire school year as set forth by the LCS Board of Directors. Mid-year withdrawals require a meeting with the Head of Schools. Any exceptions to your financial obligation must be approved by the LCS Board of Directors.

FACTS Grant & Aid:

If your student's enrollment is dependent upon a financial assistance award, please ensure that you have completed the FACTS Grant & Aid application and received a decision from our finance department before moving forward.

We are delighted to have your family join our community.  Now that we have finished the admissions process and your student has been accepted, we invite you to submit a 2024-2025 enrollment packet. Your student's enrollment must be completed within 7 days or you will lose your priority spot in the admissions queue.  

To access FACTS SIS - Family Portal:
* This step must be done on a computer (cannot be done on a mobile device)

  • Please go to lake-tn.client.renweb.com
  • If you are a current family and have a ParentsWeb account, please login.
  • If not, click "Create a New ParentsWeb Account"
  • Click on the Apply/Enroll button in the left menu
  • Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button - in the right window, select "Click here to open enrollment"
  • A new screen should open showing your student(s) and the grade level for 2024-2025
  • Select "Start Enrollment Packet" and follow the instructions

Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet.  The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.  Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.  We ask that you complete the online process and submit the enrollment packet as soon as possible. Further instructions are provided once you log in.

Remember, as we move to a continuous enrollment program, this will be the only time you will ever have to enroll your new student.

At Lakeway Christian Schools, we hope to deliver an affordable Christian education based on your household income. We believe every child should have the opportunity to have a Christian education, so we work with you to offer assistance to qualifying families with students in grades K through 12th grade.

*The tuition listed above is our maximum tuition. Our financial assistance program allows families to pay different amounts based upon financial need and therefore, all families are encouraged to apply for financial assistance to determine their exact tuition plan. We use the FACTS Grant & Aid program to verify each family’s situation and recommend an award amount. Income taxes must be uploaded. All families have to re-apply every year for the financial aid assistance (There is no financial grant & aid available for Pre-K classes).

Enrollment & Facilities Fees
Enrollment Fee. There is a $200 per student initial enrollment fee.

Facilities Fee. All students are required to pay an annual facilities fee. This fee is an investment in the maintenance of our buildings and grounds.
Multiple Student Discounts
If you have multiple students enrolled at LCS and you don't qualify for the financial aid assistance with FACTS, you qualify for the multiple student discount. The first child will pay the regular price. The second child will receive 10% off the tuition. The third child and beyond will receive 15% off the tuition price. If after applying to FACTS Grant and Aid, a family with multiple children would do better to not accept the award and take the standard multi-student discount, this would be acceptable.
Payment Schedule
FACTS Tuition Management gives flexible options so that you can select what works best for your family. Automatic payments can be made from a checking or savings account or from a variety of credit cards. In the event that full payment is not received by a week after the scheduled date, a $25 late fee will be applied to the account.

Continuous Enrollment
Lakeway Christian Schools are committed to a streamlined enrollment process for your convenience. The concept of continuous enrollment is anannual contract that automatically renews each academic year, until your student completes their education through graduation or until the family communicates intent to withdraw in writing prior to the deadline.Continuous enrollment allows Lakeway Christian Schools to better fulfill our purpose and mission in the lives of students by beginning academic planning in January. Continuous enrollment plays a pivotal role in this planning process by offering valuable insights into student enrollment, class ratios, staffing requirements, and budgetary considerations.The automatic re-enrollment feature secures a reserved placement for your child at Lakeway Christian Schools.It is important to note that this contract may be terminated by Lakeway Christian Schools at any point or through written notification from the undersigned party.

Additional Costs Information
These are approximate costs, and the cost may vary. Additional expenses may occur depending on your student’s involvement.

Facilities Fee - $500 (6th-12th grade) per student and billed along with your tuition plan. Facility fee goes toward the upkeep and maintenance of our beautiful facilities on both campuses.

Uniforms - Costs vary with your choices. All uniforms must be purchased through Lands’ End or French Toast Schoolbox. Spirit Wear can be purchased through our school store and worn on Friday.

Lunch - Participating in LCS’ Nutrition Services is an option for families and will cost approximately $5 per meal. Meals must be prepaid. Free and Reduced lunch available through application process.

Field Trips - Expenses for field trips will vary based on the experience and will be billed accordingly. All trip expenses must be paid prior to the trip.

Academics - AP, Dual Enrollment, ACT, and PSAT (See School Counseling Department); CTE expenses as applicable.
