Nutrition Services at LCS is eagerly awaiting the beginning of the school year, and we have several important updates to share with you. Please read on for news about lunch preordering, à la carte, charge restrictions, free and reduced meals, breakfast, and volunteering:

Lunch FAQ

The mission of Nutrition Services is to provide delicious and nutritious meals to promote student success and healthy futures. Wholesome, balanced lunch and breakfast meals are served daily. Click the button below for revised frequently asked questions about the lunch program. Please email with any questions.

Preordering Lunch

LCS utilizes a lunch preordering system in order to decrease food waste. Lunch orders are placed through the Student tab of ParentsWeb at the beginning of each month. We are most grateful for your cooperation with this process to promote stewardship of school resources. If you need help ordering, please email

Simplified Order Form

In response to customer feedback, we have streamlined the lunch ordering process in order to provide you with a more efficient experience each month. A la carte items have been removed from the order form, and now only complete lunches and/or entrees need to be preordered.

à la Carte Options

Several à la carte items are offered daily and can be charged to your cafeteria account or purchased with cash. Families are responsible for the payment for any à la carte charges at the end of each month.

Click here to view a list of à la carte offerings and updated pricing.

Charge Restrictions

To help families manage student charges, notations can be made on your child’s cafeteria account to restrict the charging of items, such as the following: “no charging”, “limit 1 extra item daily”, “slushie Friday only”, etc. To request restrictions on your child’s cafeteria account, please email

Introducing Breakfast

We are excited to announce a new breakfast program at LCS. The door price is $2.50. Choose 3 to 4 items and include at least 1 fruit. We will begin with simple items as everyone settles into the school year. Free or reduced benefits can be applied.

Click here to see attached breakfast flyer for more details.

Volunteer Opportunity

Lunch volunteers are needed, especially in the dining room. Volunteers can also help in the dish room with special training. Please email if you are interested in volunteering.

The Nutrition Services team looks forward to serving your child tasty and healthy lunches and breakfasts this school year!

Please email with any questions.
