Directors & Staff
Lakeway Band - Directors & Staff
Rhett & Brittney Butler joined the Lakeway faculty in the Fall 2018 as co-directors of the middle and high school band programs. The Butlers came to Lakeway after ten years at Seymour High School, where their band grew to over 150 members with nine different performing ensembles that received many honors and awards for their performance excellence.
Today, the Butlers continue to be excited about their calling as directors of the LCA Band Program, and they are dedicated to fostering an environment in which students will learn about excellence, dedication, perseverance, collaborative teamwork, and servant-style leadership while they exercise their musical skills to worship the Lord. Under the direction of the Butlers, the LCA Band has doubled in size over the span of six months, and they fully expect the program to double, if not triple, in size over the next few years.
