Admissions Requirements

The following documents are required for completion of the admission application process:

  • Copies of recent report card (1st-5th)
  • Copy of original birth certificate
  • TN Immunization records
  • Pastor Recommendation
  • School Conduct Report (showing no infractions)
  • TCAP Results (Grades 3-5)
  • School Recommendation (Any teacher, coach, administrator, counselor at the school the child is currently attending).

Any 504 Plan, Individualized Education Program (IEP), medical care plan, or other relevant documentation must be submitted directly to the school’s admissions coordinator. This information helps our team understand your child’s individual needs and determine how we can best support and serve them.

Other documents may also be required pending review of a prospective student's admission application.

Family Requirements
As we partner with families in their child's education, we want to be supporters of family growth and ask that each family acknowledge and accept the requirements below.
  • Each family should have a clear understanding of the Biblical philosophy and functioning of Lakeway Christian Schools. At least one custodial parent must be a Christian and complete the Parent / Guardian Testimony as part of the online application.
  • Each family must read our Statement of Faith and accept that it constitutes the doctrinal beliefs of the school and agree to have their children taught in accordance with the Statement of Faith.
  • Each family is expected to be in regular church attendance at a Bible-believing church.
  • Parents must understand the school’s commitment to parental responsibility for their child’s education and discipline.  Lakeway Christian Schools exists to assist parents in the task of educating their children, not to take over responsibility for the education of their children.  Parents must be actively engaged in the education and discipline of their children.
  • Parents must be committed to fully cooperating with the policies of Lakeway Christian Schools.

Click here to create an Online Application Account (Blackbaud / SIS). This account is used to apply for admission and financial aid.

‍STEP 3
Once your account has been created click the "Online Application" button to submit an application for your student(s).

‍STEP 4
A member of Lakeway Christian Schools' admissions team will contact you with next steps in the admissions process (additional documents, Admissions Assessment, and New Family Interview).
