Admissions Process

Step 1

Contact the Admissions office at 423-307-1189 or to schedule a personal tour. Your visit will take approximately an hour to walk campus and review the admissions process.

Step 2

Once you have prayerfully considered LCS for your family, please click here to set up an online account and submit an online application.  Further instructions are included within the online application. (Application fees for 2019-20 have been waived!)

Please email the following documents to to complete your admissions packet:

  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Current report card (grades 1-12) / Unofficial transcript (grades 9-12)
  • Immunization Record
  • Pastoral Reference (letter of recommendation and/or contact information)

Step 3

Once your application is reviewed, a member of our admissions team will contact you to schedule the next step. All Lakeway students (grades 6-12) will need to schedule a time to take an admissions assessment on campus. We will also need the above documents to complete the student's file and review academic history. Cornerstone students must submit academic documents for review and then an admissions assessment will be scheduled if necessary.

Once we have results from the admissions assessment and/or reviewed academic records, a member of our admissions team will contact you to schedule a New Family Interview with your appropriate principal and/or Headmaster. 

Step 4

Once all pieces are reviewed – application, report cards, admissions test results, interview recommendations – an admissions decision will be made, and your family will be notified. Upon acceptance by Lakeway Christian Schools, enrollment is secured by completing an online enrollment packet and paying the enrollment fee ($200).
